Excursions from Makarska and Split

- Salona - When Salona was destroyed by an invasion of Avars and Slavs shortly after A.D. 612, some of the survivors took refuge in Split.
- Trogir - the small town and harbor at the end of the Kastelanski bay, 27 kilometres from Split. It lies on the small island between the island of Ciovo and land (draw bridge). Two millennia of stormy history have been written on this small islet straddling the isthmus between the gentle hills and fertile plain on the mainland and the coast of the island Čiovo.
- Dubrovnik - The words of the famous writer Bernard Shaw: "Those who search for a paradise on earth should come and see Dubrovnik" speak enough about the beauty of this town. In the very south of Croatia, this town of stone and light is entered in the UNESCO list of world heritage. An all-day trip by bus.
- Brač island - Sailing around the island of Brač (1,5 - 2 hours), one reaches Bol on the souther side of the island. An all-day trip by ship.
- Međugorje - Međugorje is today one of the best known and best visited sanctuaries in the Catholic world. A half-day of all-day excursion by bus. A passport or a corresponding document is needed.
- Split City Tour - This trip takes you to Split, the administrative, economic and cultural centre of Dalmatia. An all day or half-day excursion by ship or bus.
- Cruising by night
- Fish picnic
- The Marjan Park Forest - This natural preserve is situated on the Split Peninsula. Generations of Split citizens took care of and enhanced this green oasis, the lungs of the city. The Marjan Hill is rich with woods, makija (low bush-like shrubs) and Mediterranean plants, promenades, belvederes, solariums, with a coast and beaches, trim-tracks and playing grounds.

Excursions from Zadar

- Paklenica - The area of Paklenica, situated between the highest mountain peak of Velebit (Mount Vaganski, 1757 m) and the Adriatic Sea, was proclaimed a National Park in 1949. Its unique canyons, called Velika and Mala Paklenica, and the four hundred meter-high cliffs make it different from all other national parks. Paklenica’s rich flora and fauna (with many endemic species, such as griffon vulture), its karstic relief (with the so-called Manita Pec) and numerous sports activities (such as mountain climbing, free-climbing, hiking, trekking, horseback riding and bird watching) are attracting.
- The Velebit Reserve - Velebit is the most famous mountain of the Dinaric Alps. On 10 February 1978 this 145 kilometer-long mythical Croatian mountain, which lies along the Adriatic Sea, was included in UNESCO's protection and scientific research program titled 'Man and the Biosphere'. Velebit thus became the first Croatian representative on the UNESCO's World Heritage List.
- Kornati - The Kornati National Park is one of the most unique Mediterranean archipelagos, with a unique combination of islands, islets and reefs situated in central Dalmatia. The part of the Adriatic surrounding these islands is known as the deepest blue portion of this sea. The color becomes all the more intense when viewed in contrast with white and gray karst terrain covering the islands. With its singularly crystal-clear sea, many sunny days, countless inlets and small harbors, the Kornati Archipelago has not only become an inevitable stop on the itinerary of any yachtsman on their tours across the Adriatic, but also a perfect destination for any modern Robinson Crusoe.
- Plitvice Lakes - The Plitvice Lakes were proclaimed a national park in 1949, and in 1979 they registered in UNESCO’s World Heritage List. The park includes beautiful forests with sixteen large, and many small, lakes which emerge at the source of the Korana River. They form numerous cascades and beautiful waterfalls as they flow into one another. The lakes are very attractive to visitors due to their incredible beauty, rich plant and animal life and numerous recreational facilities.
- Krka Falls - Along its course through the karstic Dinaric Alps, the Krka Rivera cut out a beautiful canyon containing breathtaking waterfalls and rapids, all immersed in rich vegetation. The highest fall is called Skradinski Buk (46 m). The Krka, as many yachtsmen already know, is navigable from its mouth to the picturesque town of Skradin. The islet of Visovac is also worth visiting. Lying on a place where the Krka flows into a lake, Visovac represents a true oasis of peace and quiet with its old Franciscan monastery that dates back to the fifteenth century.
- Split - This trip takes you to Split, the administrative, economic and cultural centre of Dalmatia. An all day or half-day excursion by ship or bus.
- Cruising by night
- Fish picnic

Excursions from Hvar

- Pakleni Otoci "The Devil's Islands" - The whole south-western side of Hvar Island, particularly a group of islets facing Hvar town, known as Pakleni Otoci (Resin Islands), is a spacious and rich excursion spot for the people of Hvar, with a number of pebble and sandy beaches, quiet and secluded coves and peaceful, shady bays (where you will often find restaurants offering refreshments and boarding houses offering several-day visits). For all those who wish to profoundly feel the authentic beauty of the Hvar landscape, these excursion spots are real jewels that must not be missed.
- Split - This trip takes you to Split, the administrative, economic and cultural centre of Dalmatia. An all day or half-day excursion by ship or bus.
- Hvar City Tour - The city of Hvar will enchant you with its easy-going atmosphere, grand palaces, churches, monastery and cathedral, charming narrow streets, beautiful seaside promenade and the oldest urban theatre in Europe which is still running.
- Cruising by night
- Fish picnic

Split and Makarska

- Rafting on Cetina River - An all-day trip lead by a skipper and with the ensured necessary equipment. Not recommended for non-swimmers. After the short instructions about the way of steering a boat, you descend the rapids of the Cetina river, lead by the skipper, all the way to the estuary. With a short break and the traditional lunch at Radmanove mlinice, you continue this wet adventure to the town of Omiš.

- Riding in the Cetina Valley, Trilj - Whether you are an experienced rider or only a beginner, it is a real pleasure to experience riding in the Cetina Valley, where the traditional chivalrous contest named Alka and love for horses are deeply embedded in the lives of local people. Riding along the calm, almost lonely tracks through meadows, by the river, or through picturesque fields, you will feel why a man and a horse are best friends here. Experienced guides will take you along the most beautiful tracks and instructors will provide excellent training for beginners.
