VI. Dinner at Dominican Monastery - including buffet dinner and baroque music

Open-air catered dinner and best local wine in the cloister of the Dominican Monastery.
Preferably not to be announced to the group before hand: instead of heading directly into the cloister for dinner, entrance through the church with a mixed choir lined up at the altar, to sing (generally popular light classical pieces) for 30-40 minutes.

Entrance to the cloister through the church, ambiental music from amplification to allow for normal communication of the guests throughout the dinner, under very special appropriate lighting for proper 'rinascimental' atmosphere (the idea is to present Dubrovnik as a birth place of so much arts, traditions of which are still so alive).
