Dubrovnik Travel has been awarded ISO Certification for Quality Management by Den Norske Veritas, thus becoming the only ISO 9001:2008 certified DMC & PCO in Croatia. This is a validation of Dubrovnik Travel's commitment to quality and its goal to provide the best standard of customer care on the market.

From January 01, 2010 this certification will be evident to our clients as all documents will be standardized and now carry the ISO mark. Also, expect a customer satisfaction questionnaire to arrive upon the completion of any project with us. This information will help us to serve you even better.
